Does my membership include the cost of technical support?

Yes!  It includes unlimited remote technical support.  If necessary to be onsite, onsite technical support hours are billable at a discounted rate.  Your membership also includes a proactive monitoring service which alerts us about certain issues on your computer that need to be taken care of before they escalate into downtime, data loss or slow performance. We will know about most issues before you do.  Your computer is added to our security operations center which keeps an inventory of all systems supported and helps us make sure they always run smoothly. If we encounter an issue, we diagnose the issue and provide you with an estimate to fix it at a discounted rate. PLEASE NOTE: Onsite support is scheduled and priority is given to clients on our full service Managed IT Services Plans.  Some services (i.e. new computer, printer, router setup, etc.) are considered additional 'project work' and billed separately.

Help Desk Level 1, 2 and 3 Remote Support is included for FREE. Level 4 and onsite technical support are billable at a discounted hourly rate. If Help Desk is not able to resolve an issue and needs escalation, you will be given the other level support options to pay at your discounted rate.

I already have antivirus software. Why join?

What you probably have are unmanaged automatic services that nobody is checking for you. Did you know that antivirus software does not prevent viruses 100% of the time? What's the criteria for membership?

Membership is not open to everyone. You must be invited to join. If you do not have an invite, sign up with invite code INV00 and your application will be considered.  Businesses in certain industries, like medical, that have extra security and compliance requirements do not qualify for club membership. Businesses with multiple systems, special requirements or based in corporate office environments may also not qualify. Our Managed IT services is a better fit for businesses that do not qualify for club membership.  Computers need to be problem-free before being added to our plan. Any existing issues must be remediated prior to joining.  We will provide a quote for fixing any PC issues you are currently experiencing.
