'It's not working' is a three-word phrase we hear a lot.  Reminds me of this other three-word phrase, 'I love you'.  But what exactly do we mean by those words?

Let's break it down and dig deeper into this...

I believe there is some truth to most generalizations, and it is possible that something is plain and simply not working, but we need to be clear and break things down further before we say something is not completely working.  Usually when I hear from someone that something doesn't work or it's not working, they mean they are not getting the end results they wanted (whatever those results are) and fail to see all the missing parts to the puzzle or fail to realize that one specific thing they are doing is actually working as it should.
